Deposit Terms & Conditions
Daroyen Village requires a minimum deposit of 20% of your requested package or reservation to confirm your booking. Booking request will be held for 14 days. We reserve the right to release the booking if deposit confirmation has not been received in time.
Changes to bookings after the deposit has been made can be done subject to availability.
Deposit Payment
We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer. There are no transaction fee for payment with PayPal.
Since PayPal do not accept Indonesia Rupiah (IDR), all payment made with PayPal will be converted to US Dollar or Euro (depending on your preference) using PayPal own currency exchange rates. We will send a print screen to your email of PayPal most recent currency conversion.
Balance Payment
Cash – All prices are in Indonesia Rupiah. Indonesia by-law required to conduct all transactions in Indonesia Rupiah. We will make exception to accept US Dollar or Euro only when there is no other option. In this case we will use the rate that are set by third party (currency exchange service) in Raja Ampat.
Credit Cards – There are no fee for payment made with credit cards. You should let your card issuer know that you are travelling and will be using your card in Indonesia. Otherwise it is possible for card issuer to block payments from abroad for security reasons.
Cancellation and Refund
Your reservation are very important to us, it is reserved on your request. We understand that unanticipated events can happen and you may need to cancel. Therefore, we respectully request notice for cancellation.
Cancellation made 30 days prior arrival elligible for full refund.
Cancellation made between 30-20 days before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation made less than 20 days are not refundable.
Acceptance
By making a booking with us, you agree to accept the price and the above Terms and Conditions in full.
